This is the first update to gameplay. We noticed that no one found the button, so the drones never were utilized. In this update there are multiple buttons that control drones now. We have added a shine to items and interactables similar to something you would see in an old school ps1 game.  There is now an item list with things to shop for before picking up your meds from the pharmacy. The list has checkboxes that check off one at a time per item. The rate of anxiety that NPCs give the player has been adjusted according to the new gameplay elements. The meter has been changed to the original vison for the game which is a beating heart. The heart will beat faster based on your panic level. This is to minimize big, bloated UI.  We brightened the level and turned down the pixelation to make it a bit easier to see. these changes were also in line with the original intended game.

Bugs: 

Some of the NPCs paths were broken and those have been fixed.
